"But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit."
-Galatians 5:22-25
Whether we realize it or not, we're being watched. No, I'm not paranoid, I'm just pointing out the fact that people are constantly observing our behaviour, the way we talk and dress, what we eat, how we spend our time...everything! I think for Christians, the scrutiny tends to be stronger...but I'm not complaining. The world is always looking for something that's real and genuine. They ask, can the words of the Bible really transform lives? Do Christians really have the peace and happiness they're always talking about? Are these people genuine or just really good actors?
Just like Galatians points out, our actions will show where our heart really is. Let us seek to be a true light for Christ by modelling His behaviour and love.
Remember, actions speak louder than words. The simple question is, what are your actions saying?
